Nature Junkie

Nature Junkie was established in 2012 by Kristin Logan after the birth of her first son.  Kristin has always been pretty eco-conscience, but seeing how much waste one little person produced really opened her eyes. She saw a need for cleaning products that were cute, durable, and reusable! After purchasing a sewing machine from Walmart and teaching herself to sew from YouTube tutorials, the first set of Unpaper Towels were created. They were a hit! Every one had to have a set once they saw them. Pretty soon all her friends and families kitchens displayed a set of reusable paper towels.

The success of Unpaper Towels allowed Nature Junkie to expand from a hobby, to a business. Since launch, Kristin has created other eco-friendly products like the best selling, Unsponge. Although our product line has expanded, each item is still handmade by Kristin in her Metro Detroit home!

Today, Nature Junkie is more of a family business. You may see her husband, Graehm at a local market demonstrating products, or a simple ink print smudge thumbprint from one of their boys on your shipping label. As a result of teamwork and dedication, Nature Junkie has sold thousands of reusables! We take pride in knowing our products are making a positive impact on the environment.
