Launched in 1943, Pellerito Foods claims it was the first company in the country to sell peeled potatoes.

Today, it's one of the largest processors of fresh, peeled, sliced and diced potatoes in the country, as well as cooked, refrigerated hash browns. And it supplies fresh-cut vegetables from asparagus to zucchini, purchased from local farmers.
