DESCRIPTION:Detroit Riverfront Run to support the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy\nThe Detroit Riverfront Run is back and ready for 2026!  After record attendance last year\, we’re excited to run and walk with you during this family-friendly wellness event! \nThis year’s Detroit Riverfront Run features a 5k & 10k run/walk and will be held on June 6\, 2026. The race route will showcase the Detroit Riverwalk and Dequindre Cut. All participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt\, a participation medal\, post-race snacks and other goodies to be announced. Registration for the 5K run/walk is $40 per participant and the 10K is $50 per person before April 27th.  Starting April 27th\, registration fees increase to $45 for the 5k and $55 for the 10k.  \nPACKET PICKUP – Packet Pick-up for the riverfront run will take place on June 4th from 12-6pm at Eastern Market Shed 2 at the side located off of Russell St. Eastern Market is located at 2934 Russell Street\, Detroit MI 48207. Click here for a parking map. Race Day packet pick-up will begin at 7:30 AM and end at 8:30am at the race start and finish line located in Cullen Plaza – 1340 E. Atwater St. Detroit\, MI 48207. There is no bag check at the race start line. \nRACE DAY PARKING – Free parking for all race day participants will be available at the River East Garage located at corner of Rivard and Franklin Streets across from the race start and finish line.
