To prepare Aunt Nee’s Fresh Salsa Mix, just add one 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes to a packet of Aunt Nee’s Salsa Mix in a blender for a few seconds and serve. Just as great with one pound of fresh tomatoes as well!
Once prepared, the salsa will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to one week and unprepared packets will last 18 months when kept with other spices in your home. Each packet holds 9 calories and will serve 3-4 people.
