Food As Medicine Manager

The Food as Medicine Manager, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), leads Eastern Market Partnership’s (EMP) food-based health initiatives that expand equitable access to healthy local foods and nutrition education across Wayne County. This position manages Mobile Market partnerships, medically tailored healthy food programs, and develops community nutrition classes to further connect our community with the farms that grow our food.

Senior Marketing and Communications Manager

The Senior Marketing and Communications Manager executes marketing initiatives that promote Eastern Market Partnership (EMP). This position leads day-to-day content creation, digital and traditional media coordination, and campaign execution to drive audience engagement and increase visibility for the organization and our stakeholders.

Alternative Currency Technician

Eastern Market Partnership is looking for an Alternative Currency Technician to provide operational support to the food assistance programs at Eastern Market on Tuesdays, Saturdays & Sundays. A core component to increasing people’s access to healthy food includes facilitating food assistance programs that allow eligible recipients to purchase food at the Eastern Market.

Mobile Markets Truck Driver

The Mobile Market Truck Driver will provide operational support to the Eastern Market Mobile Markets Food Boxes, and Food Programs, The Driver will be responsible for driving the mobile market to our partner sites and selling produce at our partner sites. The team will be responsible for organizing, storing, transporting, displaying, and selling produce at each Mobile Market site. This portion of the job is labor intensive, filled with long, fun days outside lifting and carrying supplies and produce.
