Mothering Justice is a grassroots, women-of-color-led multi-state organization working to shift policies and culture to create the conditions for mothers of color, birthing people, and caregivers in the US can thrive. We focus on economic, racial, and gender justice through issue education, leadership development, and community organizing. Our core program areas include advancing the Mama’s Agenda, our community-generated policy priorities around reproductive justice/Black Maternal Health, affordable childcare, healthcare access, and basic needs.
