RJ’s Meats has been an Eastern Market gem for nearly 20 years. We are a retail & wholesale shop, located in the Gratiot Central Market. We sell a variety of premium whole loins of beef, pork, lamb, and veal at wholesale prices so that you save money. We’re happy to custom cut your orders just the way you like it!

We also have 20 homemade craft sausage recipes in rotation created by our team made fresh daily from scratch (Italian, Chorizo, NY Style, Rueben, Philly Steak, Basil Tomato Feta and Pizza) just to name a few!
