Join us for a fun-filled evening of hands-on cooking, where you’ll learn to create a delectable cuisine with Evelyn’s Midtown Kitchen.

Seafood Squid Ink Ravioli filled with delicate seafood and finished in a silky roasted red pepper sauce, paired with a crisp Radicchio di Treviso Salad that balances bitterness with bright acidity. The evening concludes with a light and luxurious Limoncello Mascarpone Mousse, topped with candied pistachio for the perfect citrus-kissed finish.
