Created in 2024, Iron Chef Detroit (ICD) is an annual fundraiser featuring a culinary clash between two of Detroit’s best chefs. Punctuating the cooking competition is an indulgent tasting menu offering highlights from the areas best caterers, bars and restaurants. The event benefits Detroit nonprofit Cass Community Social Services and helps further their mission of “Fighting Poverty, Creating Opportunity, Building Community.”

Detroit’s premier culinary competition for a cause returns to Eastern Market – Shed 5 this summer with Iron Chef Detroit III.
Last year, over 500 guests enjoyed food and drinks from over 25 of the best restaurants and bars in the Detroit area as they watched Andy Hollyday (Selden Standard) narrowly defeat our original Iron Chef Detroit champion Anthony Lombardo (SheWolf) with a score differential that came down to decimal points.
This year, Chef Andy will feel the heat when he enters our “Kitchen Stadium” and faces off against (NAME REDACTED) in defense of his crown.
